Orginally home to the Costas who owned an Ice Cream factory downtown. They had 3 boys all of which played football for UGA. I purchased the home in 2006 from Jere Morehead, current UGA President. The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths including a separate basement apartment. Recently a casita has been added to the property on the right side.
