Come enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing and watch the goats play, guarded by Sampson, a lovable Great Pyrenees who happily lives with his 8 friends….Mable, Callie, Mama, Fluffy, Billy, Blanche, Rose, & Dorothy. I’ll leave the light on for you!

Whether you are looking for a waterside retreat or a fun filled vacation, The Welcome Wagon is sure to fit the bill! Unfortunately, host fees are increasing from 3% to 15.5% on 9/15/26 so pricing on this platform will reflect that increase. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.
