Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.

Completely renovated in 2022, the house has an idyllic 1,200 m² garden, a paved courtyard with parking and an electric charging station. For breakfast, you will be supplied with fresh eggs from our happy hens.

We invite you to stay in our apartment, on our former vineyard. The apartment is located in Bingen-Kempten and is bordered by the Rochusberg, with its numerous vineyards and the Rhine. You will stay in your vacation in a directly adjacent suburb of Bingen and reach the city center: by car in max. 5 minutes, by bus in max. 10 minutes, by bike in max. 10 minutes and a 30-minute walk.
