Two balconies with double seating areas, both with ceilings and with lake views. (New patio July 2023) There are several ski trails, ice skating lakes nearby if weather permits. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35 minutes away (34 km) 12 km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, café and beautiful Wij gardens.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cottage with a very good location! Newly renovated cottage on a farm with its own patio and views of meadows & organic vegetable gardens. A homely, beautiful and comfortable accommodation for a relaxing stay in the countryside. House for 3 guests with the possibility of 1 extra bed. Only 2 km to all services and 1 km to Wij Trädgårdar. Nearby there are cycling and hiking trails, cross country skiing, swimming, paddle courses etc. And just 28 km down hill skiing in Kungsberget.

A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.
