In the quiet centre of the village of Haiming, on the 1st floor of our large, older house, we have 3 bedrooms 1 dining room 1 Kitchen 1 bathroom 1 toilet, nicely fitted out. At the entrance to the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (approx. 12 or 3 minutes on foot) and by car (parking by the house). Innsbruck and all the leisure activities in this region are very well connected. The farm shop and bakery are around the corner A 5-minute walk to BILLA, the post office, the pharmacy and the butcher in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

We offer a modernly furnished holiday apartment for 2 to a maximum of 6 people in the heart of the Ötztal. Umhausen is an ideal starting point for many activities. You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep!
