Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cosy living atmosphere over a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the garden-side roof terrace - quickly make you forget the missing lift. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1x double bed 140x200cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x small child travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The city studio is located in the historic shipmaster's house directly on the Danube. Due to its central location, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The shipmaster's house is also located on the popular Danube cycle path and offers its own bicycle parking and e-bike charging facilities. The Stadt Atelier on the Donaulände is a special place to feel good. If necessary, there is also the neighboring Apartment ATELIER ROSÉ
