The Cottage is family friendly with lots of toys, space to run, outdoor activities, large deck with comfortable sectional and most of all, peace + quiet. No loud neighbors. Surrounded by farmland and stars.

There is a community beach and plenty to do in the neighborhood including tot lot and walkable amenities.

Bring your boat the public boat ramp is just around the corner as well as the park and ride to take you to our world famous Boardwalk. We are also with in 15 minutes of Assagategue
