Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

In nur 5 Minuten in der nächsten Ortschaft - In 30 Minuten sind Sie an wunderschönen Seen oder in den Bergen. Neue Pelletheizung, 30 m² Terrasse und Carport. Dieses abgeschiedene Juwel verfügt über eine eigene Zufahrtsstraße und bietet ideale Bedingungen für Erholungssuchende und Aktivurlauber gleichermaßen.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

About the clouds

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Vacation home in the countryside at 1100 m above sea level

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, overlooking the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott or in the village of Hirschegg, 15 km away.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Accommodation: Haus AlpenSpa: A charming wooden house from 1897 that has been renovated with modern luxury. It features a spa, sauna, oak wine barrel bath, infinity terrace and fully equipped kitchen.

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
