Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

The beautiful, renovated and well-maintained attic apartment is idyllically located by the larch forest above the village of Andeer (Paradise). Unobstructed view in 3 directions of the beautiful mountains. Free parking is included. The large property is completely fenced. The large seating area with fire bowl for grilling may be used by arrangement (parties by arrangement / rent both apartments). The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer.

Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).
