Also the World renowned Alps 2 Ocean cycle ride finishes just a few blocks down the hill along with local bikes shops and tour guide operators. The rear of the property is fully fenced so kids can play safely.

This warm and comfortable home has four double bedrooms, each with either a super-king bed or two single beds, so can accommodate four couples or eight singles or a combination of both. There is ample living space with lounge, dinning room, kitchen with additional space to relax & an outdoor terrace . We are in easy walking distance to Steampunk Oamaru & the Victorian Precinct. Sit in our sunroom & look over Oamaru, watch the sunrise or set & listen to the penguins leaving each morning or returning home. The perfect location for the varied events our town hosts. The Villa

Semi detached villa. Within walking distance from town. 15mins walk or 3mins drive to Scotts Bar and Restaurants. Lovely older house. Kept in the older style of furnishings but comfortable and warm. There is a play ground which is at the school a couple of hundred yards away. Also a German Café and Vegan Cafe across the road. A free standing fire and heat pump for warmth. The whole house is yours 3 Bedrooms, open lounge, dinning room and Kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided.

Kakanui Surf Bach

Enjoy stunning coastal views from every room at this cosy cottage located at Campbells Bay, Kakanui. Curl up by the fire in the cooler months and watch the weather roll in while listening to the sounds of the ocean, cook up a storm on the large wood-fired BBQ, and take in the stunning views at the 'Sunset Bar' on the adjoining deck. This seaside surfing and fishing spot has been a favourite in the family for generations, and now you can enjoy it too!

Hampden Beach Retreat

Private with lots of room to move, our place has a relaxing beach house feel. Surrounded by large lawns and native trees, it has ultimate privacy. We have a large veranda to enjoy the sunshine and a BBQ. It’s only a 5 minute walk from Hampden Beach, shops, cafes and local tavern. Just a 5 minutes drive to the Moeraki Boulders or a 20 minute walk along the beach. We are only a 25 minute drive south of Oamaru and 50 minutes north of Dunedin.

Enjoy stunning views of sea and mountains, sample local craft beers from award winning breweries and visit our little Blue Penguins! Very close to the end of the A2O cycle way. Conveniently located within walking distance to the penguin colony, historic Victorian precinct with cafes, craft breweries and galleries, Cape Wanbrow walkway, Sunday Farmers market or just relax and take in the views!
