Spacious loft, ensuite, very private quiet area.

Equipped with Queen bed, TV, free WiFi, en suite. There is a local BBQi n local park.Gadren tables and 5 chickens. We have an off the road parking and unlimited street parking. It is a great quiet space to study and an ideal base for tourist activities. Just 10 min walk to the bus station and another 10mins on the transit bus to the Monash University or 25min train ride to Melbourne CBD. Great walk along the creek. Huntingdale Rd has a great variety of cafe's and eating places.

Unique one bedroom dairy conversion

This unique, one bedroom historic property is situated in the rear corner of what was once the Oakleigh Dairy. Close to public transport, great coffee, shops, parks and bike paths it a wonderful destination in itself, or springboard to all that Melbourne has to offer. Access the dairy by going up the driveway into no 2/53. It is on the right hand side. Our house is the red weatherboard one on the left. The house at the front, 1/53, is a private residence.
