Charming stone house due to its structure and location. It is just 10 meters from the beach, next to an old salting factory and the Finca Temperan. It has 4 bedrooms all with its private bathroom, 3 double bedrooms on 1st floor and one double on the ground floor. All the bedrooms have sea views, the ground floor because of its situation has reduced visibility of the beach. Five minutes by car from downtown Boiro and fifteen minutes on foot, forty-five minutes from Santiago and one hour from the main tourist attractions of the Rías Bajas and the Costa da Morte. The 3 km promenade starts 100 meters from the house. Located in a quiet neighborhood and without adjoining houses. Keys are delivered by hand both at check-in and check-out.

Very quiet area where we can hardly hear the boats that go out and in which the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience.
