Holiday home in idyllic Nyehusen with proximity to both beach, sea and beautiful nature. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft with home theater system, balcony with a little sea view, open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, large continuous wooden deck with associated gas grill and heater. The house is uniquely located at the mouth of Helge River with 200 meters to the sandy beach. 500 meters from the house you will find a café, bakery, camping and country shop. Åhus is 10 km away with a nice selection of restaurants and entertainment.

If you have not always wanted to stay in an old school, the Old School is a converted one. Here you will find a nice apartment of 75 sqm and a pleasant accommodation. Access to an orangery where you can light the stove, have a glass of wine and barbecue. This particular home is "animals free" you want to stay with your four-legged friends feel free to look into our home "Red Cottage" where animals are welcome. Close to the sea only 1500 meters and of course to all of Österlen, perfect for day trips. Close to Yngsjö & Åhus with restaurants.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation in a fantastic environment near a mile-long sandy beach. The cottage is located between Åhus and Kivik in a nature reserve along the national cycling route Sydostleden. All amenities are available for a great vacation or work. Within a mile radius, there are grocery stores, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, ice cream parlors, outdoor swimming pools, museums, art galleries and nice hiking trails. There is usually the opportunity to buy freshly baked buns locally within cycling distance.

Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories!
