Come and recharge your batteries in a preserved village of Vézelien, in the heart of a magnificent nature in any season, a few kilometers from Vézelay on one side, and the first mountains of Morvan on the other The cottage occupies the central part of a stone winegrower's house dating from the time of Vauban. It is surrounded by a large sloping garden that used to be a vineyard. Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss the rate, which is indicative but negotiable depending on the length of your stay.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
