Casa 1944 is a farmhouse with an exuberant nature waiting for your family. Located in Lomba Grande, a rural area of Novo Hamburgo, the house is close to local shops, 15 minutes from the city and 50 minutes from Porto Alegre. We have a large house with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen combined, fireplace, two suites (one with bathtub), garage, kiosk with barbecue, swimming pool, soccer field, two dams, and a nature for you to connect and enjoy unique moments and create affective memories.

The house offers space and comfort, a quiet and well-located place. There are two floors, the upper one a suite, with a double bed and two single beds, a full bathroom with bathtub, a work desk and a balcony. Downstairs, a single combined environment with bedroom (double bed), kitchen (barbecue), living room (sofa bed), with smart TV, and bathroom. In the back, there is a large patio and a service area (washing machine). In the front courtyard (closed) covered box for two cars.
