Maison de plage cosy, entièrement rénovée en 2025 sur le commune de BARBATRE (Île de Noirmoutier). Aménagée pour recevoir jusqu'à 6 personnes, ce havre vous séduira au premier coup d'œil. Décoration bohème chic. A 100 mètres de la mer et un accès piscine vue mer. Bénéficier également d’un accès à l’hôtel Le Noirmoutier et son restaurant l’Authentique. 2 chambres (140x190), 1 salle de bains, 1 WC, lave linge, arrière cuisine. Jardin avec salon à quelques mètres à pied de la plage.
