One of a kind Lakefront home near Sunday river

Amazing large lakefront home right on the water near Sunday river ski resort. Sleeps upwards of 25 people. There is a small surcharge per person for groups larger than 20. At certain times of year we rent to smaller than average groups at an other than listed price. Great for family reunions, weddings etc. Largest yard on the lake! And our hot tub is very invigorating after a day of skiing or hiking! Hot tub is charged separately. NOTE: From late June to late August we only rent by the week.

This space is ideal for a couple or adventurous family who enjoys swimming, canoeing, hiking, fishing, or sitting on the screened porch with a good book and pine forest backdrop. A sweet space on a pond, this cottage is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway. We offer swimming, kayaks and a canoe, life jackets along with a raft to float on. Endless fun in the water, with no motors to be heard. This is a quiet spot and we would hate to be responsible for ruining that. We are family friendly and kids are welcome, but please leave the party at the casino (5 minutes away)! The waterfront is sandy and shallow, perfect for young ones to splash around in.
