There is a pedestrian zone, a harbor and a beautiful old town. It is only 50 meters to the East Frisian hiking trail. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. We shall supply a travel cot on request. Included in the price are bed linens, towels and cleaning supplies. Amenities: hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The "Thea" terraced house impresses with its cosy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa cuddled up with a tea.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Just minutes to downtown and yet wonderfully located at the so-called "Julianenpark." Central yet in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Many shopping facilities can be reached quickly.
