Built slowly and soundly to the exacting standards and architectural style of the time, the building remains unchanged with characteristic high ceilings, original wooden floors and wide verandahs which offer guests a sweeping panoramic view of the Karoo landscape. The unit contains two interleading rooms, one with two beds and one with a queen bed. There is a possibility of adding two extra mattresses on the floor, for kids. The rooms have there own bathroom. There is a common lounge, dining room and bar area. The gardens are a peaceful haven with a pool. Meals are available as below. Sunset Chalets is situated in the residential area of Colesberg in the Karoo. Securely fenced in with access control and with plenty of parking right at your doorstep. Simply park and then enter your unit through your own private outside entrance. We are within walking distance of shops as well as any restaurant of your choosing. The crystal clear pool will refresh you after a long hot journey or simply sit in the garden and watch the kids play in the play-park.

Set on a game farm located between Douglas and Hopetown. Witfontein Game Lodge provides barbecue facilities and free WiFi.
