La SUNNY HOUSE è un nuovissimo chalet posto in splendida posizione con vista sulle Dolomiti del Centro Cadore. Raggiungibile comodamente con l'auto, è isolato ma vicino al centro paese. Dotato di acqua potabile (bagno con doccia, lavello cucina),elettricità e riscaldamento con stufa a pellets, è perfetto per trascorrere qualche giorno immersi nella natura ma con tutti i comforts. Soppalco con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Tv+frigobar. Solarium esterno con tavolo e panca. Posti auto.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

This charming 3 bedroom holiday house owned by two beautiful cats (MAU& PABLO) who got all under control. Because we used to be wild and homeless, friendly people took us under their roof. If you like cats, come and join us for a holiday. Our motto is eat, sleep and repeat. We have our own supply of food. If you have a special wish to feed us, we will provide you with threats. Our vacation home (Chalet Sagentobel) is old, but very cozy! The rushing stream and the infinite silence when it snows are truly special experiences in the chalet.
