Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind and NO pets and parties allowed.

Our spacious, surprisingly bright Bethesda half-basement is nestled in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from Walter Reed, NIH, & the metro. Large windows offer a view onto a patio bordered with hydrangeas & evergreens; the bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a Samsung smart TV, & a desk. The Kohler shower head in the bathroom offers firm pressure and the mini-fridge & microwave are on hand for snacks. Short term rental license no. STR25-00162. Please note: There is no kitchen and no washer/dryer.

The Villa is a stunning single-level residence with a half-acre fenced yard. Your entire family, including your beloved furr babies, is warmly welcomed here. Our suite is steps away from public transportation (Route 48) which takes you to the red-line metro (Wheaton or Rockville), and a walkable distance from a shopping center featuring a grocery store, restaurants, etc. There is ample space for parking in front of the property.
