The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The convenience store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

Vaikka asumme samassa talossa, on asuntoon on kuitenkin oma sisäänkäynti ja oma rauha majoittumiseen. Pihassa on ulkosauna jota on mahdollista käyttää. Jos haluatte saunoa, pyydän ilmoittamaan siitä varauksen yhteydessä. Meillä on eläimiä, jotka elävät omaa elämäänsä. Tähän sisältyy myös eläinten äänet. Lampaat määkivät ja kukko kiekuu.

Pihassa on tenniskenttä, jota voi vuokrata. Asunnolta on Oulun lentokentälle 7min. ja Oulun keskustaan 20min. Lähikauppa on 2km päässä. Asunto on lapsiperheen pihassa- oma hirsinen asunto. Sauna,suihku ja jacuzzi on isäntäväen kanssa yhteinen, mutta ajan sopimalla, se on käytössäsi 1-1,5h/vrk.
