My apartment is a stylish studio with a walking distance from the center. My aparment is located just a stone´s throw away from Oulu riverside, and the nearest shop and nearby restaurants are less than 100 meters away. Bus connections are good (the nearest bus stop is located 70 meters away). My apartment is located on the first floor (not on the ground level) and the apartment has been fully renovated. Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
