Great location in Lakeport. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Easy access to multiple launch ramps and easy access by boat to the North end of the lake. Plenty of parking for trucks and boats. The dock can handle two boats and has power to charge your batteries. The house is clean, comfortable and right on the water. Tune baits, fish off the dock, watch tv and relax. Fully remodeled kitchen and bay window lets you fuel up in comfort and style. Foamy mattresses for comfort and deep rest.

Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels, quail etc… We are located up on a hill in a very quiet neighborhood.

Lounge lakefront by the solar heated pool in the summer or the hot tub in winter and enjoy access to the private swim dock. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake.
