Once called the "United Nations of birds", we are just a short drive from public beaches, lakes, the Victoria Rail Trail, and Monck's Landing Golf Course (stay and play package available). Our Kabin is a newly renovated, all-season, boutique 4 bedroom cottage (approx. 1,500 sq ft) with many details and features that we are excited to share with you. Located at the water's edge, the Kabin has beautiful south-eastern exposure, overlooking Lake Paudash. Water can be accessed by the gently sloping sandy beachfront or from our brand new dock. Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!

The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street.

There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat available for your use along with the recommended safety equipment.
