Vacation home in the middle of the flat marshland. For those who like slow living, tranquility, the long view, Black Sun and birds, hiking, and maybe a bonfire in the garden. The house is right on the hiking trail Marskstien. The border is just south, and to the north is Vidådiget and Nørresø, where many Wadden Sea birds pass by. The house is from 2021 and cozily decorated. It is peacefully surrounded by fields. From the kitchen, there is a clear view of the field and dike and from the living room you look out into the large garden.

Not far from the Zanzibar and not far from the Golf & Spa Hotel Budersand, it is the perfect base from which to enjoy the breathtaking nature of the island of Sylt with its east and west beaches and to switch off from everyday life and recharge your batteries with numerous wellness, sports and leisure activities.

Der Badeort Sankt Peter Ording liegt ca. 40 km entfernt, ein Strandkorb kann dort unentgeltlich genutzt werden. Das Haus steht auf einem großen Grundstück und lädt mit dem Weitblick auf die grünen Wiesen zum Erholen ein.

In the small apartment you will find everything you need for relaxing days near the coast. Behind the house there is the garden with sitting areas, beach chair, barbecue and sun loungers at your disposal.

Shopping, playgrounds and an outdoor swimming pool are a few minutes' walk away. Special feature of our shops are also open on Sundays and on many holidays. There is also a fishing lake nearby, and day passes for this can be purchased from us.
