A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath Entry to the property by lockbox. Our local pub the Lock Keeper is a 5 min walk away. We are alongside the River Avon - from the front door you can walk straight over the fields. The Swan pub in Swineford is roughly a 45 min walk away & The Bird in Hand in Saltford is approx the same, all of which serve good food. There are many quality golf courses close by.

A very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv with Netflix/Amazon prime/sports channels.
