Welcoming, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B: "Between Broek and Duin". Recently renewed with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: If you book for 1 person, you have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But very maybe you have to share the bathroom and separate toilet.

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has been recently renovated in a part of a long-fronted farmhouse, where the cow barn and hay loft once was. The living area has on the ground floor an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in your own garden. On the upper floor sits the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. On the Bosscheweg, right opposite Hotel v.d Valk, our house with trees and water features all around. In the garden, the former resident's work studio has been transformed into a lovely guesthouse. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The hidden cottage is a short bike ride from Den Bosch and e.g. language institute Regina Coeli. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, views of the lake, all this makes this a unique place.
