Welcome to your Greek island home! Newly renovated in 2018, this home is located on the secluded side of Kampi beach just 3 meters from the sea. It is a private oasis perfect for a Greek island getaway. The main house features a master bedroom, living area, full kitchen and dining room. There is also a separate host room (with a single bed), outdoor WC, laundry and amenities. For relaxing outside there is a stunning, large courtyard and an expansive rooftop overlooking the sea.

Lovely beach house at Komi in southern Chios (A)

The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The detached house is located in a quiet area of the village without noise where it is easily accessible and quite close to the ring road. The village of Panagiouda has everything one needs. Gas stations, mini markets, butcher shops, bakeries, tavernas, cafes, pizzerias, souvlaki shops make it a unique village that has nothing to envy. The city of Mytilene is just 6 km away.

In the center of the beautiful inland of Tinos, in the traditional settlement of Skalados, just a few kilometers away from the beach of Kolymbithra, we restored the house of our ancestors: Casa Di Volto, a traditional elegant house with a multitude of stone-built arches and lintels. In the village, within walking distance, you can find the traditional kafeneion-bakaliko and a beautiful tavern

Two-story house with incredible views

The house is located on the northwest side of the island , in a traditional settlement, Sidirounta. It is fully equipped and renovated in 2021. It has free wi-fi. From its balconies you can enjoy the endless blue of the sea as well as the enchanting sunset. Easy access to unique beaches! Nearby are the villages Lithi, Avgonima, Anavatos, Volissos.
