Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Update: Facade is fully renovated! No longer construction. Feel like you’re home 🏠

Luxury apartment with privat parking place.

Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

The apartment is located in a quiet area close to parks, shops and restaurants. Fælledparken is just around the corner, where it is always filled with people and the possibility of various sporting activities. 1-2 stops by metro you are at Østerbrogade, where there is ample opportunity to go to cozy cafes and shop in shops. Likewise, it is easy to get to Nordhavn and Svanemøllen, where you can swim in the summer. It is also easy to get to the inner city by metro, train or bus!

Wonderful light loft style apartment

Lovely three bedroom apartment with a roof terrace and amazing views. In a listed building from 1860. It’s in the middle of Elmegade, a cosy boutiquestyle street full of winebars, cafes and lovely clothes shops. The flat is situated on the top and has wonderful views all over Copenhagen. It's very quiet and full of light. A perfect place to relax and rewind. There is easy access to public transport and walking distance to most sights. You will have a lovely time here.
