Our 1 bedroom Pet Friendly Cottage Annex on the family farm, overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is within minutes of the beautiful coastline and yet just 50 minutes drive south of Edinburgh city. With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available but locally, we have great food, world class diving and golf, challenging cycle ways, cliff top walks and tons of fresh sea air. See you soon.

The cottage is in Norham which has good pubs, baker, butcher and village shop. Berwick upon Tweed is an easy drive and is well known for its fortified Elizabethan walls. The town has lots of amenities including supermarkets and good shopping. The wonderful Northumberland and Scottish Border coastlines are easily accessible.

The house has been tastefully decorated and includes all modern fittings, with a homely atmosphere, where you can enjoy a quiet, relaxed holiday with family or friends.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.
