Spacious, bright studio with nature view

The 60 sqm studio is built as a "house in the house" on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

Cozy house with fireplace quietly located in the forest

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful place. Our vacation home is quietly located in a village of 15 inhabitants in a small forest. It is wonderfully quiet and invites you to relax. Especially for families with children, our farm is a nice place to relax and unwind. In the large garden with sheep, chickens and a cat, there are plenty of opportunities to play and explore. The Baltic Sea is a 35-minute drive away., Schwerin 20 minutes, Wismar 20 minutes.

FELDGANG - a guest house!

Our FELDGANG guest house is a newly built modern sustainable architectural wooden house and thus an essential future-oriented building block of our old three-sided farm. All rooms are furnished with high-quality designer furniture in the Nordic style, i.e. puristic and at the same time warm and cozy. Vacation in the middle of the historic old town. This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha.
