Welcome to the modern 2-room vacation apartment on the 14th floor of the Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg beach high-rise. Up to 4 people can be accommodated in an area of approx. 50 m². Enjoy the side view of the North Sea and the Wernerwald. A separate bedroom, a modern kitchen and a glass south-facing window front that can be opened provide comfort. Swimming pool, sauna with relaxation room, Wi-Fi and parking are provided. A wicker beach chair on the beach is already included in the price during the season.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

The apartment is located directly on the Wadden Sea. From the glazed balcony you have an incredibly beautiful view of the ebb and flow of the tide, the island of Neuwerk and the most beautiful sunsets. Sitting here, letting your gaze wander and letting your mind wander is pure deceleration. The beach access is right in front of the apartment. The Wadden Sea invites you to take fascinating walks, including to the island of Neuwerk.

This bright apartment in absolute proximity to the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living/sleeping room with an open kitchen (fully equipped), shower room and south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. The price includes a car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Can also be booked for a small fee.
