Easy communication down to Oslo City Center by bus, and one is not fully dependent on a car. Easy to shop, nearest shop has a walking distance within 5 min.

Lots of nice hiking areas and you can borrow bikes that are here. In winter, it is a short walk to fine cross-country ski trails. There is also a short distance (15 min) to a smaller alpine facility or you can take the trip to Tryvann by public transport or car 40 min.

This 250 m2 high standard house is only 20-25 minutes from Oslo by car, but is still situated in a rural location 100m from the fjord. Here you can enjoy the seaview from a large balcony or from the inside through the many large windows. You can enjoy a nice workout in a well equipped gym, or relax down by the small beach 2 minutes away. The kids will love the sea, the playground and "tusenfryd" the amusement park nearby.

Part of villa, large garden & cat

We're renting out our home while we're on vacation. We live in the second floor of a villa with a large garden, a sunny tarrace with eat a eating area. The house is a 5 minute drive from ski centrum, where you can find a shopping mall, cinema and train station which will take you to oslo in no time. The nearest busstop is 1min walk away, and gives you easy access to Tusenfryd and breivoll.
