The residence is located between the city and the field, both in walking distance, about 10 minutes. A great location if you are interested in walks in the alpine landscape that surrounds Svolvær. A good starting point for exploring Lofoten. The residence is part of a generation residence with its own entrance. It is possible to park two cars outside the house, in the summer three. Great starting point for randoneeture, outdoor recreation, top tours and recreational fishing. Large bathroom with heating cables, good possibilities for drying clothes. Wi-fi, CableTV, PS3.

It is a short distance to the mountain peaks of Segla, Keipen, the Hesten etc. and nice fishing spots. Shop can be found down in the heart of Gibostad.

The rorbu has two bedrooms — both with double beds, and one also has a single bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Upstairs you will find a small sitting area with a TV. The cabin also has WiFi. Parking is available right outside the cabin, including a Type 2 EV-charger for electric cars. A grocery store is just a 5-minute walk away, and several restaurants are within walking distance.

This is my private home in Narvik, it is located in the middle of the city and has short access to everything. 800 meters from the train station. 200 meters from the grocery store. 500 meters from the shopping center and bus station. 1.6 km from the ski area.
