The high-quality equipped apartment on the 4th floor, west view to the sea, is equipped with a box spring bed, comfortable sofa bed, dining table and ample closet space. The huge terrace, which runs around the apartment and partially covered, offers magnificent lake views towards Juist and the open sea. A modern equipped bathroom with rain shower/toilet, the indoor swimming pool with sauna on the ground floor, elevator and an optional parking space in the yard of the building complete the comfort.

Right on the south beach!

This modern apartment is in a great location in a great old building (2nd floor) on the southern district of Wilhelmshaven. Right at the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and walking distance to the beach and harbor. There are great nightlife and main attractions on the doorstep. The location is also a great base for bike rides and excursions. The apartment is equipped with all everyday necessities. An elevator stops on the mezzanine floor, so only a few steps lead directly to the front door.

This charming apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful old building from around 1900. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

Unsere Ferienwohnung „Friesenbude“ wurde frisch renoviert und möbliert. Sie wurde im maritimem Wohnstil eingerichtet und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen mit Nordsee-Flair ein. Nicht nur der maritime Stil sondern auch der Garten, die ruhige Lage und nicht zuletzt die Strandnähe der Erdgeschosswohnung lassen Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Der Strand von Neßmersiel ist fußläufig, mit dem Rad oder Auto in ca. 1800m zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine Wallbox für Elektroautos.
