Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living room/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

From this centrally located place you are in 10 minutes in the city center of Mönchengladbach. Bus stop a few houses away. Shops such as a butcher, bakeries, supermarket, etc. are also nearby. In the accommodation, which consists of 2 rooms as well as a bathroom separated into toilet and shower, which is located on the hallway, there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people as well as a mattress on the floor. I live on the two upper floors!

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60m² and completely renovated. It offers plenty of sleeping options for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workspace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi are available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area directly. The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.
