Upon entering the apartment, you will be seduced by the superb sea view that awaits you from the living room. You can even take the opportunity to have an aperitif on the balcony (weather permitting!). Ideally located in Malo-les-Bains, you can enjoy doing everything on foot. The accommodation is fully equipped and has been completely redone. The apartment is on the 3rd and top floor without elevator access in a small condominium: the view is worth it ;)

Apartment located 100 m from Malo-les-Bains beach! It has been fully renovated and will welcome you on 2 levels for pleasant moments by the sea. It is located in a southwest facing courtyard where it will be nice to have a meal. The courtyard is the same as us, we will cross each other there but it has been arranged to have each their own privacy! Guests can park their car nearby and discover the most beautiful houses in Malo just a few meters away!

Superb completely refurbished 50m2 apartment on the 2nd FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR of a small, quiet and tranquil Malouine condominium. Come and enjoy this exceptional view while having an aperitif comfortably seated on the balcony. Linens, towels, toilet kit (shower gel, soap) dish towels, Nespresso + traditional coffee maker, kettle, ...there's nothing missing. Coffee... tea... sugar. .. ... everything is available oil, salt, pepper etc....
