Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Ons appartement is een nieuw (geopend op 1 september 2020) luxe en sfeervol gastenverblijf met een eigen entree, een terras aan de slaapkamer en een heerlijk bankje voor de deur. Het appartement is rustig gelegen op een mooie plek in Amsterdam-Noord, omgeven door groen en aan het water. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum. Het is dé plek om te genieten van alles dat Amsterdam te bieden heeft en om binnen een paar minuten op de (gratis) fietsen de mooie natuur van Waterland te verkennen.

Uber gets you in 5 mins. to the free ferry behind Central Station. By bus you get to the city in 15 minutes. It is 10 minutes by bike to the ferry. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. No 35, 36. 38, 391 & 394 In our house we created a lovely private place with its own entrance. 100% privacy. Ceiling 3.30m, feels spacious Fridge, water cooker & Nespresso machine in the room. Small park on the water just behind the house. The awesome bed has both hard and soft pillows. You will sleep well :)

First Class houseboat studio (corner)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.

The studio has separate entrance, with water and sink, kichenette, refrigerator, combi microwave with grill and an electric appliance for pizzas, (but not with stove). Twee bedrooms separate by the living room, each bedroom has a bathroom, also you have your own private garden. Our studio is easily accessible by car and public transport. It is a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. Smoking is not allowed, neither in the garden.
