Our Dolce Villas are located in the beautiful park North Sea Résidence De Banjaard less than 200 meters – and therefore within walking distance – from the meanwhile several times proclaimed ‘cleanest beach in the Netherlands’, the Banjaardstrand. Due to the location of the park between the North Sea and the Veerse Meer, it is a perfect place, from where the fun authentic Zeeland places such as Veere, Domburg, Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee and Goes are less than a 20-minute drive away. And lots of water sports.

House on the lake, between dunes and sea

The detached vacation home is located in a park in the dunes, right on the North Sea. The large garden is located on a small lake and invites you to grill at the large outdoor barbecue. The house is painted in shades of gray and white and is decorated with numerous works of art. Whether summer or winter, it is totally cozy. It offers an open fireplace in the living area and two terraces plus barbecue and handcart in the large garden. The swimming pool in the park can be used free of charge.

Fantastic 4 to 6 person chalet (smoke & pet free) located at 5* Camping & Villapark de Paardekreek. The Paardekreek is located at the Veerse Meer in Kortgene, Zeeland. For the children, there is a nice play & water playground, outdoor swimming pool and also an indoor indoor swimming pool. From sailing, suppen, wakeboarding, water skiing to renting a boat, anything is possible. If you prefer to relax in the wellness or have a drink in the hospitality industry, this is also possible for you!

Welcome to our favourite place! A lovely house at Kortgene harbour in the always sunny province of Zeeland. You can relax and unwind here. The house is available for six people and is fully equipped. Beach, shops, eateries, supermarket, everything is within walking distance. There is also an electric charging station for your electric car. Unique place by the sea, beach is only a few minutes walk. Large beach for endless hiking, kite flying, relaxing. A 4-6 person family cottage with 2 bedrooms, spacious private garden.
