Posez vos valises dans cette agréable maison au cœur du bois de la chaise : situation idéale à 300 m de la Plage des Dames, à 10 mn en vélo du centre et du marché. Un havre de paix à l'intérieur complètement rénové, composé de 3 chambres au rez-de-chaussée dont une avec salle de bain attenante et deux chambres à l'étage. En tout, 3 salles d'eau et un cabinet de toilettes séparés. La cuisine est toute équipée. La maison est aussi équipée d'une télé, du wifi et de divers jeux de sociétés et BD.

Belle maison rénovée dans un environnement paisible à proximité de la plage de La Clère (900 m, 3 mn en vélo) et 5 mn en vélo de la plage des Dames et du centre ville. 4 chambres (3 avec 1 lit double, 1 avec 3 lits simples), 3 SdB/E, salon/salle à manger et un 2ème salon cosy. Douche extérieure pour votre retour des plages, deux terrasses dont une en patio et un coin salon de jardin sous préau, avec 1 barbecue, à disposition l'été. Possibilité de recharger votre voiture électrique en option.

You will enter an entrance, which leads to the equipped kitchen of 15 m², on one side, then on the other side, you will discover a large relaxation area of 51 m², with its lounge area equipped with a large flat screen TV (Wi-Fi, Orange TV and the possibility to connect to your Netflix account) and its dining room with 2 French windows, overlooking the fully enclosed landscaped garden. A beautiful decorative fireplace, identical to those of yesteryear, adorns this convivial space.

New architect's house, neat decor. Quiet, on a 1000 m² plot 300 m from the beach and a very beautiful pine wood. 6 bedrooms, all with direct access to the outside; one bedroom with a suite and private terrace, a dormitory sleeps 8. 4 bathrooms and separate toilets. A large living room and equipped garden (bbq, furniture) for good convivial moments. Within a family property: hosting pets, events and groups of young people are not allowed.

Located just 350m from the beaches of the Corniche, this villa is remarkable for its decidedly elegant style. Its decor is modern and neat. It is just as convenient with its many amenities like its heated pool, its sunny garden sheltered from the wind and looks. It is quiet from the crowds. Are unique with each of its rooms very wide open to the garden and the pool make it a pleasant house to live in. A unique experience!
