Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to visit the upstairs but understand it’s not part of the Airbnb rental.
