The house is located in the village of Banka, about 10 minutes from the spa center, in a very quiet area near the forest. The apartment is located on the GROUND FLOOR of a FAMILY HOME, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms, 4 beds (+2 upstairs – see ACCOMMODATION FOR COMPANIES), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen, and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. WiFi throughout the grounds. The accommodation is also suitable for patients undergoing treatment at Adela Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

Relax with the whole family and your friends at this peaceful place to stay. Villa ZOBOR has an indoor swimming pool, a whirlpool, a Finnish and infrared sauna, where you can relax after cycling or hiking in the Nitra Hills. There is an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, terrace. In front of the house there is a pond with fish, on the top of the property there are chickens that will lay fresh eggs for breakfast. In the house there are many board games as well as a game room with darts and table football

The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Sĺňava reservoir. It consists of a separate bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area where a couch is located, which, when unfolded, turns into a full-size bed of 180 x 200 cm (22 cm mattress height). The apartment also has a balcony with seating. Guests can also use an outdoor pool with a patio and sun loungers (expected summer 2025) and city bikes that we offer for free for guests.
