Three blocks from ICARAÍ BEACH and in front of Campo de São Bento. The gate to the street is shared with the main house. As there is no parking in the village, I recommend a nearby paid parking lot.

Niterói tem belas praias como Itacoatiara , Camboinhas , sossego ,Piratininga, Itaipu …todas a 30 min do local .

The condominium is safe, monitored by cameras and staff, and close to the region’s stunning beaches, such as Itacoatiara and Piratininga.

Its two window doors give access to the exclusive balcony, where you can have breakfast while enjoying the San Francisco Valley, and hopefully spot a hawk or paragliders jumping from the City Park.
