It is very central - but quiet - in the heart of Nippes. Shopping, the weekly market, nice cafes, restaurants and playgrounds are within walking distance. By tram you can drive about ten minutes to the main station. The fair is also easily accessible. We look forward to seeing you!

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.
