Located across from a small quiet lake, minutes from downtown Pequot Lakes, 10 minutes from downtown Nisswa, Gull Lake, and so much more! Our cabin has all of the conveniences of a modern build, in a space that feels like a traditional up north cabin that has been a part of Minnesota for years. You’ll be able to enjoy our secluded property, cedar barrel sauna, fire pit, Loon Lake public access, and more!

Lake Cabin

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

Welcome to the Cozy Colfax House in Wadena! This 1950's charmer has been tastefully renovated and professionally decorated to suit the business traveler or the family on vacation! Within a short distance to several amenities including the Maslowski Fitness/Wellness Center (Indoor Water park!), Hockey rink, school and parks! With 3 bedrooms 2 baths, living room, basement family room with wetbar, HOT TUB and air hockey table, even having a "stay-cation" here will be....well...cozy!

If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

My home has a private entrance for guests leading to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen as well as private laundry. Relax next to the fire pit overlooking the lake and roast your favorite treat. Explore nearby downtown Park Rapids, bike the Heartland Trail or make a trip to the headwaters of the Mississippi at Itasca State Park.
