Also spacious private basement available, beach sail, beach chairs, beach toys... In the summer, a quiet summer bar "Il Giardino" is available in front of the apartment building. Free outdoor parking available within walking distance. Bed linen and bath towels are to be brought by yourself.

Cozy luxuriously furnished apartment with frontal sea view from the 1st floor (incl. basement storage). Located a few meters from the shopping street. Bedroom 1 has a double box spring bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed (possibility to add a folding bed; 3 sleeping places). In the living room there is a sofa bed. The apartment has been recently renovated (June 2017). New kitchen with dishwasher, combi-oven, senseo, wifi, nice walk-in shower and washbasin,... Newly painted! Not to be missed!
