The centre of Zevenaar offers cosy terraces and lovely shops. We are only 5 minutes from the A12/A3.

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Der See liegt in Emmerich- Elten, direkt an der holländischen Grenze und ist gut über die A3 zu erreichen. Zwei Ferienhäuser aus Holz laden zum Entspannen vom Alltagsstress ein. Ausgestattet mit Einbauküche, Wohnraum mit Polstermöbeln und SAT-TV, mehreren Schlafmöglichkeiten, DU/WC, Terrasse mit Blick auf den See, Grill und Steg kann man wunderbar entspannen, baden und Ruderboot fahren. . Angeln ist im See nicht möglich. Die Nutzung des Saunagartens kann vor Ort gebucht werden.

In the nearby forest, there are various walking routes and mountain bike trails. There are several restaurants nearby, and the supermarket is 100m away. The cities of Doetinchem, Zevenaar & Arnhem are easy to reach. We are close to the German border, so Elten or Kleve are also nearby.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
