Emil's Winkel am Wald invites you to enjoy the tranquility with us at Wald am Bückeberg. Make yourself comfortable in a 1-room apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, which we have furnished with love and care. In addition, we have purchased furniture made of recycled wood and the upholstery is made of recycled plastic :-) You are welcome in our garden and can pick some fresh herbs for dinner. Or look at the surroundings, such as the castles of the region.

Welcome to the old water mill in Südhorsten. The place is located between Bückeburg and Stadthagen in the heart of the Schaumburg region. This 63 sqm apartment was completely renovated in 2024. The apartment can accommodate 2 people, but also has a pull-out couch so that even a maximum of 4 people can stay here. The beautiful residential city of Bückeburg invites you to do things. The Schaumburg Forest and the Mittelland Canal are very close. Storage facilities for bicycles are available, as are charging facilities for the electric car and e-bike. The train stations in Bückeburg (6 km) and Kirchhorsten (about 3 km) offer connections to Hanover or Minden.

In the immediate vicinity are Edeka with bakery, Rewe with bakery, Aldi, a gas station and restaurants.

Modern, very quiet, bright 3-room apartment on 65 square meters. Ideal for cyclists and hikers. It is very close to the forest. The Bückeberg and the sulfur spring are within walking distance. Nearby is the Stadthäger Tropicana and other outdoor pools. Bückeburg Castle, Steinhuder Meer, Dino Park and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial invite you to day trips. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator overlooking the garden and a large balcony.

Small separate apartment right in the center

I rent a small cozy 1-room apartment with a separate entrance right in the center of town. At the top under the roof you will find a living room-bedroom with a small desk, armchairs and a 140 x 200 bed, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen. Bakeries, supermarkets and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The bedroom opens out to the garden and is so beautifully quiet. Stadthagen train station is a 20-minute walk. A bike can be rented on request.

Chalet Schaumburg

Our cozy half-timbered chalet between Bückeburg (7.5 km) and Stadthagen (7 km) offers peace and relaxation amidst fields and meadows. A supermarket, bakery and other shops are only 400 m away. The chalet has two sleeping options, a kitchenette and a glazed area with fireplace. A natural stone terrace invites you to relax. Horses at the farm especially delight children. Free parking available, parties not allowed, quiet hours from 10 pm.

The apartment "Brooklyn" is located in Wendthagen, 5 minutes by car from Stadthagen, in a beautiful rural setting on the ground floor. It has recently been renovated and consists of 4 rooms - a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The modern kitchen has a stove with oven and three ceramic hobs, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. All the equipment was renewed during the renovation. There is Wi-Fi and a TV.
