Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is lovingly decorated down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The peace and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away for a while!

Guesthouse the Barn with Jacuzzi

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space overlooking the meadows and forest. The Barn is a luxurious guesthouse at the back of the farm with us on the property, wonderfully quiet location outside the village. Fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms. 1 on the loft and 1 separate bedroom both with a large 2-person bed. The loft has a headroom of 165 cm. Experience peace and nature in our luxurious Schierhuus, in the middle of the forest of Norg. Relax in the hot tub or sauna, listen to the rustling of the trees and enjoy the evening by the fireplace. Everything is included: made-up box spring beds, towels, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited wood to cozy up by the fireplace in the conservatory and to heat the hot tub. Perfect for a relaxing midweek, weekend or wellness retreat – for couples, families or friends who appreciate peace and luxury.

Close to Groningen in nature. With Sauna and gym

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Brand new, detached B&B on a spacious lot under a 100-year-old willow tree. 15 minutes by car from Groningen and close to sauna de Waterlelie and Nienoord Castle in Leek. Next to the house is a warmly decorated tiny house where a lot of light comes in. Equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove and with the most beautiful kitchen counter in Groningen. Upstairs are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a double bed. And there is an extra room with bed (*). The French doors lead you to a beautiful terrace with outdoor stove, sauna and the Groningen outdoor life. As an extra option, you can choose a breakfast or cheese platter consisting of organic local products

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120

The train station is within walking distance; Groningen can be reached in 14 minutes and Leeuwarden in 30 minutes. An ideal base for city, nature, Lauwersmeer and Schiermonnikoog. Sleeping in a tiny house avant la lettre. That's possible with us. Our recently renovated cottage offers a separate living and sleeping floor, is basic but still has all the comforts. Located in the old and rural Enumatil, this is the ideal place for a quiet (nature) vacation or mini break. In the immediate vicinity, there are beautiful cycling routes to be found and forest, heath or Groningen city can be found within a fifteen-minute drive.
